The Lease Renewal Management System (LRMS) provides a digital interface, allowing citizens to apply for the Lease Renewal, Extension and track the application status.

Steps Involved:

  • 1.Fill up the application (Renewal or Extension) with relevant details.
  • 2.Download the application copy, Sign offline, scan and upload or digitally sign using Aadhar authentication.
  • 3.Upload required/applicable documents & submit the application.
  • 4.Application will be verified, inspected and approved by CB officials.

Facilities Available:

  • 1.Online tracking of the status of the application
  • 2.Status update through SMS and Email
