It is informed that interest shall be levied from 01/09/2023 onwards for non-payment of property tax within time under Property Tax module.

August 31, 2023

Kindly note that the Property tax Rebate period and the generation of Demand Notice charge is extended till 15th July 2023 only. No further extension will be done in this regard.

Property tax bills for 2023-24 are generated in the eChhawani portal. Log in https://echhawani.gov.in/citizen/ and pay the property tax before 30/06/2023 to avoid any penalty or interest.
